How It Works
Weighted scoring, transparent results, zero tracking.
Weighted scoring, not random assignment
Every QuizSort quiz uses a weighted personality scoring system. Each answer you select distributes points across multiple outcomes — a primary match (3 points) and a secondary match (1 point). Your final result is the outcome with the highest cumulative score after all questions.
Why two results per answer?
Real personality doesn't map to a single archetype. By assigning a secondary score to a related result on every answer, the quiz captures nuance. Someone who answers one way on most questions but shows flashes of another archetype will see that reflected in their score breakdown — even if the primary result wins overall.
One answer per result per question
Every question has exactly one answer designed as the primary match for each possible result. This ensures that every outcome has an equal chance of winning regardless of question order, and prevents any single result from dominating through answer design.
Personality questions, not trivia
QuizSort questions are about values, instincts, and decision-making — not trivia or knowledge. The quiz matches you based on how you think, not what you know.
Tie-breaking
If two results end up with identical scores, the one that accumulated its score first wins. This means early questions carry a slight tiebreaker advantage, which mirrors how first impressions shape personality assessment in practice.
Your score breakdown
After completing a quiz, you see a percentage breakdown of how your answers distributed across all possible outcomes. This transparency is intentional — we want you to see how close you were to other results, not just which one won.
No data collection
